½ c. popping corn
3 tbs. olive oil (plus more for topping)
dulse flakes
salt
pepper
cayenne
smoked paprika
bee pollen
granola
dried cranberries
1 avocado

put popcorn, olive oil, and a little salt in a large pot. cover with a lid, but leave the lid cracked open a bit to let the steam out. cook over a med/med-high heat until there are a few seconds of silence between pops. remove from heat and let cool down. drizzle more olive oil over popcorn. toss. cube avocado. throw the rest of the ingredients in and toss.

  1. Thank you! It’s super tasty. Crunchy, salty, and sweet.. and the avocado gives it a decadent texture. It’s great if you want to indulge, but don’t want (your stomach) to feel bad about it later.
